I signed up for Internet Service under the student promo, which included a gift card. It’s been over 3 months since we signed up, and I have not received it. Do you know when it will arrive?

To be eligible for a Visa Prepaid card, the line of service must be active, and your account must remain in good standing for 90 days. When 90 days have passed, Visa Prepaid card fulfillment will take four to six weeks. You can check the status of your prepaid card through the Xfinity Incentive Tracker at https://xfinityincentivetracker.com/.
