Never received equipment

I got a text notification that my package was delivered to my address, but I never received my devices. The picture attached to the delivery was of a random intersection, not of a package or a picture of a package being delivered to my address.

It is for a new router! I recently bought a new WiFi plan for an apartment I just moved into so was expecting the box to be delivered for self-setup
