Never Received Equipment

I submitted a lost package claim with UPS because I got a notification that I received my package at my front door and very much did not. They could not find the package as well and said that they sent the information to the sender but I haven’t heard any word. I do not want to pay for equipment I don’t have and most definitely don’t want to pay for WiFi that I am not receiving.

Uh oh @MaggieD4! I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with the equipment being delivered. You can always pick up the equipment at an Xfinity service center or we can set up another delivery here, if you would like. For us to do so, please use the following instructions:

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3jJjSHG

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
