Never received confirmation of offer made in xfinity customer service chat

I chatted with Comcast representative two weeks ago on 6/5 who offered me two more years at my current price and speed for internet.  I have both multiple screenshots and the log of my conversation and the details of the offer I approved.  It still has not gone into effect.  How do I ensure/confirm that this offer is honored and applied to my account
