Never received callback
After talking with agent via chat about dropping TV and keeping my internet yesterday, the agent said someone would call me in 10 - 15 minutes to get my verbal permission. But no one ever called back.
Also, every time I chat with an agent about how much internet only would cost I get a different price quote. I've done this three times in the last week and got 3 different quotes.
