Never Received an update on my wifi booster/extender

I was told that I was eligible to receive a free wifi booster as the wifi in my home is spotty in some areas. The lady told me that after 2 weeks, they would let me know when I was going to get it. I never received any call and the customer service helpline, to say the least, is very unhelpful. Who do I contact/how do I get an updated information as to where my booster is?

When you have xFi Complete, there is a home evaluation done. This process takes 14 days after activation, your results are emailed to you and if you fail there is a link to redeem the Wi-Fi Extender.
