Never received $200 Amazon gift card
I signed up for gigabit service in February 2025 with the promise of a $200 Amazon gift card. As usual, Comcast did not follow through. It's almost impressive how determined this company is to live up to its atrocious reputation. I wish I could say I was surprised, but this is the same company that raised my price to $80/mo while offering brand-new customers $50/mo for the exact same service with a FIVE YEAR PRICE LOCK and then tried to gaslight me about how I'm a "valued customer."
You're not fooling anyone. Please don't waste my time and just give me my gift card. Every other thread on the subject says to send a DM using a nonexistent link.
