Never got my $200 gift card even tracker sent was 6/18/25

Why haven't I received my $200 gift card yet? I've called the number provided and git transferred 4x and no help at all.

We would need to refer you to the team that specifically handles these inquiries by having you call the number at the bottom of our incentive tracker, use the chat option in the bottom right corner, or select the 'send us a message' button to reach them. That teams hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7 AM - 7 PM CST.

I would advise using the chat feature or the send a message button! I wish our team could be more assistance, but our team does not have access to those gift card systems to assist with your inquiry.
