Never employed but was hired I need help

Hello, I was hired for Comcast customer service back in 2021 but never started with them it is currently showing on my employee data report that I am still active with Comcast even though I never started and I need a letter from Comcast stating that I am not employed with them I’m having a hard time reaching anyone is anyone able to help me
