Never cancelled order

mins on phone to cancel an order as they didn’t apply a trade in credit, was told it was cancelled, then the product was dlvd the next day.  Called, waited 45 minutes to try and get a trade in credit and was told nothing they can do.  This service is TERRIBLE!
