Never Called Me
Canceling xfinity bc I moved to an area without coverage. It’s been since MAY 29, 2023 and my services are still being charged. I can’t get in contact with a live agent and it won’t even let me schedule a call. How do I even get in contact so the cancelation can go through and I can return the router? I’ve tried calling several numbers and they prompt me to use the chat but the chat doesn’t get me anywhere.

I am glad we were able to get everything taken care of for you today. You can return the Comcast equipment to a local Xfinity Store location or to a participating UPS store.
