NEVER AGAIN

Have been a customer for 10 to 12 years at various addresses… These Internet companies DO NOT CARE. Over the past few years, all customer service has been outsourced to remote call centers or AI chat bots that have no idea what they’re doing. For the last several months I have dealt with planned outages that I was never informed about, Intermittent service interruptions constantly, every 2-3 days, for hours at a time. Sometimes “local outages” seem to be only at my address, as my neighbors all have service. All of these Internet companies should be investigated by the FTC for breaking antitrust laws and creating monopolies. The rates are outrageous and go up every year, and the service is abysmal. I cannot wait to cancel it asap.

You can always check the Xfinity app, or Xfinity Status Center for service interruptions in the area. You can also use the Xfinity app to troubleshoot your internet connection concerns. Unfortunately, unplanned local service interruptions can happened, and may be out of our control. However, our local teams work as fast, and safe as possible to have service restored to the area.
