Network upgrade work timing

I received a mailing saying that Xfinity are working to upgrade the local network here but no dates were given. I am in Sunderland MA. Any info on when this will happen and what the upgrade will mean to internet speed?

user_tk6p4h That would be for our Next Generation network upgrades if not for regular network maintenance. You can check out our Next-gen construction page here for more information. This sets you up for speed upgrades in the future and once completed if you are using the correct equipment you can take advantage of the increase in upload speed.

user_tk6p4h Great question! We do not have a rollout schedule available at this time however they are sending more notices closer to the time the work occurs to keep you all in the loop. If you have your alerts set up correctly you should keep getting those alerts and more details as we get closer.
