Network Upgrade completed in neighborhood, Still have the same upload speed

Hi, last week on Monday 4/27, I was alerted by Xfinity about a network upgrade. The text read "We've started work to enhance the network in your neighborhood. Our teams are working as efficiently as possible to finish within the day. You'll experience service outages at my street address during this time and we'll text you when work is complete." I got similar messages on Tuesday and Wednesday. I assume this is for the 10G network upgrades and I saw cable technicians servicing a green box where I believe their are fiber to coax converters. I am paying for the 1.1G down/35Mbps up internet speed. I believe with the upgrade it should be at 100Mbps upload. I rebooted my modem today and still see 40Mbps up. Should we be seeing the faster upload speeds in Milpitas, CA now? I called xfinity and was told the upgrade takes 5 to 7 business days, the gentlemen even told me that the upload speed should be 700Mbps. I think he was blowing smoke my way. I'm pretty sure the new upload speed should be at least 100Mbps up. Thanks!
