You will need to contact our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) Team and report the incident by visiting https://spa.xfinity.com. You can also call and talk to them in person from 8am to 12am, 7 days a week, by calling 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and asking for the "CSA Team" by name. They will be able to file a ticket and ensure your account stays protected.
