Network isseus and lack of contact with Comcast

I live in San Francisco - single family home with Xfinity internet and TV. Severe service interruptions on both. In the last few days I have had two services visits by Xfinity tech - each said the issue was thier network and was above their pay grade to resolve. Each requested a more senior tech team come out and evaluate the network connection in the vault and elsewhere. Each time I got back a text saying no issues. That is not true - I saw the report from each tech and there are problems.  Lack of follow up form Comcast - I need to be connected to a person who will accept responsibility and fix this.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
