Network interruptions In 77024
Dear Xfinity Support,
I am writing to formally report repeated service interruptions at my home in ZIP Code 77024 (Houston, TX).
Since last Thursday, my internet service has been disrupted five separate times. These interruptions are not brief fluctuations — they materially disrupt connectivity and require resets or extended wait times before service stabilizes.
I operate a home office and work remotely on a full-time basis. Reliable internet connectivity is essential for client meetings, video conferencing, and business operations. These repeated outages have directly impacted my ability to conduct business and maintain professional commitments.
Given the frequency and business impact, I respectfully request:
1. Confirmation as to whether there is a broader neighborhood or infrastructure issue affecting the 77024 area.
2. A full line and signal quality diagnostic on my account.
3. Escalation to network operations if this appears to be a recurring node, line, or capacity issue.
4. A technician visit, if appropriate, to inspect the drop line, connections, and signal strength.
5. A service credit for the repeated interruptions during this billing cycle.
I value dependable service and would appreciate prompt attention and a clear resolution path.
Thank you in advance for your support. I look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
Allan [Edit: Personal Information]
