Network Enhancements

I received a text if network enhancement with service disruption on Thursday 7/2. It was completed. Now I received another text of service disruption tomorrow 7/6. How many days will this take? It’s ridiculous for those of us who work from home.

user_der06t Typically there might be a few various interruptions when teams are working through upgrades in your local area. When they turn on new equipment there are calibrations that need to happen in order to ensure everything is running at full capacity. The Xfinity app would provide the an option to get text message notifications on resolution, and typically an estimate of resolution.
