Netgear CM3000 stuck at 40Mbps upload after Mid-Split upgrade

Account Location: Bloomington, IN
Current Subscription: 500 Mbps Download Tier
Hardware Endpoint: Netgear CM3000 (Approved DOCSIS 3.1 Next-Gen Retail Modem)

Issue: My local physical node completed its Next-Gen Mid-Split hardware upgrade, and the active Xfinity Broadband Nutrition Label for my address confirms my tier is officially rated for 117 Mbps typical upload speeds. My upload speed is still locked at 40 Mbps (the speed before the Next-Gen Mid-Split hardware upgrade). My retail hardware asset profile appears to be trapped on a legacy configuration.

Request: Please route this ticket to Tier 2/3 support to review my account plan codes. Please force-push the updated Next-Gen Speed Tier / OFDMA Upstream Profile boot configuration file to my Netgear CM3000's MAC address to unlock my true 117 Mbps upload stream.

Note: Do not attempt to upsell my download tier, change my active contract, or schedule an in-home field technician visit.

In some cases your plan does need to be changed to a next-gen plan in order to get those speeds. I would be happy to take a look at the account and see what we need to do to get your account updated.
