Are you using one of our X1 boxes with our voice remote? If so, could you tell me if you are getting any error messages or if you see the message at the bottom of the screen that you are entering an app?
Have you attempted to say reset Netflix into your voice remote? Netflix is one of the few apps on the X1 boxes for which you can use the reset option for troubleshooting through the voice remote.
