Netflix won’t play. Claims vpn or proxy enabled, but not

Hi,

I was out of town this past weekend and when I returned home to watch some Netflix, Netflix prompted me with a window stating Netflix could not play because a vpn or proxy is connected. Nothing between any of my devices changed over the weekend(ie no proxy/vpn was added to any of my devices). I have tried restarting my modem/router multiple times but receive the same error message, even unplugged it for 30 minutes in hopes of receiving a new address. I’ve tried using Xfinity assistant through the app and tried calling, but neither were helpful. I’ve read on multiple forums that you need to contact customer support and they need to reach out to Netflix support to resolve the issues with IP addresses, which I think is [Edited: "Language"] - Netflix should be taking care of their customers as it falls on them. But anyway I’ve tried contacting the Xfinity but have had no luck making it to an agent, so I’m hoping one can help me with my situation here. Thanks!

Hello, @user_i7zb39 we're here to help. What device are you using to view Netflix? Are you accessing it through the app or website browser?
