Netflix Subscription

Hi,

I recently changed my plan and added on streamsaver, where I should be getting Netflix with ads included. However, the option to activate it has never appeared. I tried logging in through X1, and it is now trying to bill my account. The chatbot doesn't seem to understand the problem and I can't find a phone number to call. When I visit my subscriptions page, there is no status shown and no option to view or activate my plan. Has anyone else had this problem, and do you know how I can access the Netflix I'm paying for without paying for another one?

Hello user_7dql2m. I'm sorry to read of the trouble you are having with Netflix since moving to the Xfinity stream saver service. I have worked with a few people through this process since many already had a Netflix account. I understand how inconvenient this can be, but don't fear we will help out.

With it not showing activate that usually indicates that it was activated at some point. If you visit netflix.com/account and select Change plan what options do you have listed?

I have standard with ads (which is selected), standard, and premium. It is telling me that it is paid through xfintiy, but I know that it is billing separate. I don't know how to link it through the streamsaver.

@user_7dql2m Great, that should be the option that comes with the StreamSaver bundle. Were you able to use the same email that you had already with Netflix, when activating the bundle?
