Netflix/ prime
On multiple nights lately I haven't been able to access my Netflix or prime . What is going on it's very frustrating. Tried all ur suggested troubleshooting. Frustrating money wise too!! Thinking of switching carriers.

Hello @user_7wknvr. I am sorry that you are having trouble accessing Netflix and Prime. I know how important it is to have access to the services you are paying for. Are you trying to access these apps through a cable box?
