NESN

Another [Edit: Language] job by Xfinity. Just want to catch the Bruins and I have to pay $20 more to do that. Tried to speak with a live agent but couldn’t accomplish that because of their AI. Wouldn’t let me proceed. Not too many other options to choose from. They have the market locked up.
