user_npdc5q Thank you so much for stopping in for help with NESN and NBC sports. Could you tell us a little more about what is going on? Are you getting an error message or code?
user_npdc5q Thank you for that error it helps point me in the right direction. On 1/14/25 some local sports channels NBC Sports Boston (Northeast Division).
New England Sports Network (Northeast Division). NBC Sports Bay Area. NBC Sports California (West Division). Were moved to our Ultimate TV channel lineup. Customers impacted by this chance did receive email notices and an alert on their bill. If you would like to continue to view your Local NBC sports it sounds like you need to upgrade your TV Line up a level. You can check out new Promotions with the Ultimate TV lineup [here](https://www.xfinity.com/lp/ppc/upgrade-xfinity-internet-service?)

That’s Absolutely ridiculous. In the middle of the season? Just take away channels and make us upgrade our whole tv package just to get 2 local channels.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Customers received an email and see a message on their monthly bill statement to alert you about the changes. You can head over to xfinity.com/howitworks for an overview of why there may have been a change to the package in which an RSN is offered or if has been removed from the lineup. We also may have an available upgrade to our Ultimate TV tier without having to repackage your services. Send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

This is complete [Edited: Language] what Xfinity is charging tge seniors on a fixed income. Over $230.00 a month and they want more money to watch the redsox and bruins. I will be looking elsewhere.Paying Xfinity is like a car payment. We need to find better.
