Negligent business practices, not secure, phone or Internet, customer support nonexistent
Internet and phone both with Xfinity all hacked and compromised starting July 2025 still ongoing no support over 50 hours of communication with security department. Open cases replaced modem and still no resolution. Customer service passes you on from one agent to the next and ultimately ends up in disconnection solid evidence from Apple and Google and Samsung of compromise devices and unauthorized access company is not support their customers. My entire company has been shut down for three months due to my Internet service provider, not providing support on secured my device so that I can operate my merchant account. I just wrote an entire paragraph a few minutes ago and when I went to hit submit, it was completely deleted and said something went wrong and now I’m starting over. I cannot recover the amount of losses and time spent on the lack of support I received this company should not be allowed to exist. They don’t even inform consumers on a new box to set up a password to secure your modem you have to find that out by Google. They don’t offer mocha filters for a co-op cables and a multi dwelling unit that is available for anyone to just [Edited: "Language"] into. I’ve set up my own admin tool with my special firewall options only to have the robot that I chatted with make its own decision to reset it to factory default settings. In my opinion, it is deliberate because I can’t understand why an Internet service rider would be so negligent unless they were somehow gaining by the security breach is monetarily somehow. I received an email with a case number for the security department and asked to call them and security department transferred me to their Internet department and then from their Internet department, I was transferred to the phone services department and then from there back to the security department and then disconnected. This happened on three different occasions I gave up on calling. Both my phones have been disconnected due to nonpayment my Internet will soon be disconnected due to nonpayment. And this will go on my credit on top of all of the other hardships I have faced directly as a result of the negligence of my Internet service provider and there’s nothing that they have done or will do to remedy the situation.
