Negative balance

I received the statement of a negative balance of $52.19 account number [Edit - PII account number] . My question is will you be sending me a check?

We do value your account security and privacy, so wanted to let you know I edit the account number out of the original post. Any personal identifiable information, you would only want to share if you are working in a direct message. 

There is this great article on our website that helps get the proper expectations set up for a refund: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/refunds-from-xfinity. If the remaining balance was less than the last payment amount, we do try to refund that back to the last payment method. If unsuccessful you would receive an email within 15 days to claim the refund online. 

- How long ago was the account disconnected? 

- Did you happen to check your email/junk mail folder to see if you received the refund email?
