Needing a Service Manager and all I am getting is, we dont know who that is.
I just signed up for services and have been lied to, coerced into a plan we didn't ask for, and have a sales team that doesn't know how to fill out and submit paperwork that causes a whole new set of issues that not even Xfinity's top techs can figure out, and the only thing I am being told is it will be a week before it can be fixed to get new equipment.
Now, I am being told that we cannot talk to a supervisor; they have to call me back because no one is available. So I did, to no surprise, no call. I tried to reach a regional manager; however, no one knows who they are or how to reach them. I guess that's what happens when CS is outsourced to another country.
So when things like this happen, and the train goes off the rails, there is no one to talk to. How is that customer care? Why is your management hiding behind walls of customer service reps that have no idea, and every time I call in, I am told, "I can help you; tell me what the problem is?" Then they can't. Call back, have to go through the whole problem again, to end up in the same spot...... OH, but they want to be paid and have no problems charging late fees and shutting down equipment.
