Need Xfinity to move internet lines to new pole
Cobb EMC moved our power lines to a new pole. The old one had some damage and needed to be replaced. Cobb EMC can't remove the old pole until Xfinity moves their lines off of it to the new pole. Cobb EMC has told me that they haven't been able to get in touch with Xfinity to move their lines. Cobb EMC told me that they are always the worst to deal with for this issue. They asked me to try. I reached out and got in the automated loop of death on the Xfinity customer service line. I eventually set up an appt. with the automated bot and they never showed up. Any suggestions on what I can do to get this resolved. We can't put in our driveway until the old pole is removed and they can't remove it until Xfinity moves their lines. Very frustrating!!!! Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" If necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".
Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
