Need xfinity telephone line over road raised higher

I have two properties on either side of the street, and the power and telephone lines which service my house cross over the road on a diagonal above that street. The telephone poles are very far apart, so the wires hang lower than they should. The telephone line, being the lowest on the pole, needs to be raised higher, because it drags along the top of my RV, and there is a danger of it getting caught on the air conditioners on top the RV, or on the smokestacks of a truck.

Thank you so much for sharing all the details of the sitaution and your account information as well. In order or us to delve deeper in the sitaution we would just need to get this account secured using our authentication process. We simply send over a code via email or text message, and you reply here with the code that you receive, and we match it in the system. Would it be alright to send this code over now?
