need xb10 modem shipped

it is 50% appalling and 50% hilarious how terrible the customer experience has become.  I think xfinity has probably some of the worst AI, they make impossible to talk to a human, and the narrowed AI selections will not get you what you need.  I've just been trying to get a human in tech support to explain what's up, and after 2 days of trying, i'm giving up.   i really wish fiber would hurry up and expand into my area.

I've been trying to upgrade to the xclass 300 package for 3 days, and no one at the store or online can send me the modem (docsis 4.0) that i need to get this service.  can someone that monitors this move forward with an order to get one of the xb10 modems to me asap.  its pathetic i have to specifically tell the doorknobs that put my order through to send me the correct modem.  i was told today they were sending an xb8, which is docsis 3.1 and will NOT work with the xclass. 

anyone alive that can help me with this?

Hello @user_vpxvs0 Our apologies for any frustration this experience has caused you. Our team can help. For X Class 300 our XB8 modem is recommended. For X-500 and above our XB10 is preferred but the XB8 can also connect up to 300 devices. I see your direct message and I will meet you there to continue assisting you.
