Need wires removed from my house.

Need wires removed from my house. They were recently cut by some contractors and are hanging in the driveway. It seems like it could be dangerous. I opened a ticket request - #ECM0010040141, but just received a mumbled voice message saying they aren't Xfinity wires, even though they are obviously cable wires and yours is the only cable service available here. Please take some responsibility and clean up your mess, it's a safety hazard.
