Need Utility Box in Yard Moved for Driveway expansion

Hi, I have a property in Venetia, PA and we have a new construction home where they placed the utility prior to the home being built, which is not convenient to our driveway. I need to have the green utility box in my easement moved a few feet so that we may complete our driveway expansion properly. Please let me know how I can contact someone to get this moved. Ideally, I would like for this box to be buried completely as well as moved.
