Need Upper Management to Deal with Support Team
At 11:30 today I called 1(985) 771-3029 number, I spoke to someone on the other line to have my internet speed and bill adjusted. The person on the other line stated that they can provide a 5 year discount but I need to pay $1400 to get the 5 year discount or our service would be canceled for 3 weeks. After that I stated I need a supervisor, at which point this person got upset and called me a MF and other things before hanging up. Xfinity must look into this issue and handle it, even if it is fraud.
