Need underground cable moved

There is an underground line that runs thru my backyard that needs to be moved for work I'm having done. I spoke with customer service last week and explained the situation, they said a technician would be out by 6/15.  Have not heard from anyone since. I have a contractor on hold waiting to get this line moved.
