Need to update billing or account statement

Hello, @user_yq33im! We appreciate your question and can help you with this. We can update the billing address to show both of your names. The statements found in the Xfinity app or on our website can be downloaded and emailed or printed to show proof of residency. Once we update this, it will show on the next statement that generates. Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.
