Need to talk to live person

We have a plan where we sign up for one gig. Are we getting one gig? Is our service up-to-date? And we're supposed to get peacock, where we're not getting that.

Thank you for reaching out. I appreciate you taking the time to create a new post. I understand you have some questions about your plan and services, and I'll be glad to help. Regarding your Gigabit speeds, if you run a speed-to-gateway test on the Xfinity App, what are your most recent results? 

I'll post the steps here if you haven't done a whole home network test just yet. 

How to perform a whole home network test
1) Sign in to the Xfinity app with your Primary, Manager, or Member Xfinity ID and 2) password.
3) Select WiFi from the bottom of the app.
4) Select Troubleshoot.
5) Tap Test your whole home network.

From here, the app tests both the speed to your gateway and to the devices you’re using to access Xfinity Internet.
