Need to talk to a live tech support agent

Anyone have any idea how to actually talk on the phone to a live tech support agent?  I already have an open tech issue case,l with my cable boxes in which I have a question the AI assistant can't come close to answering, but it's stuck in a loop.  It's so maddening.
