Need to talk to a live person but can't get there from the AP or the webpage

My bill says I am being charged monthly for unused equipment. I have NO idea what that is and I am paying $15 a month. I need to talk to someone to figure out WHAT I am being charged for to make it GO AWAY

Hello there and thank you for taking the time to reach out about your billing concerns. A $15 charge for equipment is most likely a modem. Have you recently exchanged your equipment or updated it? We can help make sure that any returned equipment is accounted for and removed from your account.

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
