Need to stop auto pay

I need to cancel my Xfinity service and stop auto pay.  The past two days was the worst customer experience I had with Xfinity.  Called many times, tried all the online support, can’t fix my internet connection and can’t connect me to a live agent.  Need to cancel the service and can’t do it via the app.   Please let me know how I can cancel my service and stop the auto pay.  Thanks.

user_r0iiaz Thanks for reaching out to us over our Xfinity Community Forums! I'm sad to hear you are leaving us, is there any particular reason you're looking to cancel your services?

@XfinityMartyR yes, my internet service has been down for 2 days and can’t get help to bring back the service.  The online chat is not offering the right solutions and it’s the same for the automated calls, just keep sending me in circles.  And when it comes to pay, automatic pay can’t be changed.  It makes the cancellation so hard.  Xfinity needs to make better customer experience! Thanks.
