Need to speak with representative

I few weeks ago, Xfinity came to my house to bury a cable in my front yard.  In the process, they hit the gas line.  The gas line was dug up and repaired by the gas company.  In the weeks that have followed, our toilets have been clogged and there is a large area of water in our front yard.  We called a plumbing company who has reported to us that our sewage line has been cut and is leaking into our yard in the exact area where Xfinity dug.  I need a representative to call me to talk about the additional repairs that are needed in on our property due to Xfinity causing damage to underground lines.  Please let me know how I can contact a representative who can help me with this.

Hello user_e6ffv3, and thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us here in our community forum! I appreciate the detail you provided and would be happy to help in any way I can!

Is the Xfinity line exposed or above the ground in any way? If an Xfinity line is exposed above this burial, we can always schedule for our local teams to go out and make necessary repairs, however, our field teams would not be able to assist in repairing any damage that may have been caused by a cut sewage line that our technicians did not cut themselves. That would need to be handled by the company repairing the sewage line.
