Need to speak with a live person - need help removing an old linked account!!!!

So frustrating that I cannot talk to an actual human to help me with this. I realized that an old account is still linked to me and when i try to unlink it, a message tells me that I need to first remove automatic payments? I moved from this address 2 years ago and do not believe i've been paying for this service so I need to understand what is happening and fix it immediately. I also need to verify that this old address is not connected to my profile AT ALL as it is the address of a former abusive partner. PLEASE can someone help.

I agree.  Apparently Xfinity doesn't realize that many of there customers are senior citizens.
