need to speak to real person

Had payment arrangement set up for the 17th and i was told i was good til then. Today internet got shut off and the live pos won't let me talk to anyone. Just keeps saying pay bill. I can't til around the 15th or so... and i need my internet to be able to work.

@eurowabbit  Thanks for adding a post and sharing what's going on. To restart service a payment is required for the past due balance. If there is another opportunity to extend services without payment again, it is present on your account. Follow the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement.

@XfinityBenny​ that's just the thing. I set up a payment arrangement two days ago for the 17th and was told I was good til then. So what your saying is I was lied to?

@eurowabbit It means more of your balance has gone beyond the late window, as well as the grace period for keeping services on without payment. That increased the delinquent balance which pauses service for non-payment. Once you submit a payment and it settles the delinquent part of the balance, your services will restore successfully within four hours.

The  late amount did not change its still 246 like was set up in the payment arrangement.

@eurowabbit if you sign in to your Xfinity account online are you able to set a new payment arrangement? You can use th Xfinity assistant to set up a payment arrangement if that is an option.

No option for payment arrangement. Shouldn't need a new one as I used chat and set one up for the 17th and was told I was good til then. Current bill isn't due until the 26th..
