need to speak to real person
Had payment arrangement set up for the 17th and i was told i was good til then. Today internet got shut off and the live pos won't let me talk to anyone. Just keeps saying pay bill. I can't til around the 15th or so... and i need my internet to be able to work.

@eurowabbit Thanks for adding a post and sharing what's going on. To restart service a payment is required for the past due balance. If there is another opportunity to extend services without payment again, it is present on your account. Follow the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement.
