Need to speak to a real person
My Internet has not been working properly for a week now. I had a appointment for today from 5:00pm to 7:00pm central time. I confirmed the appointment yesterday and was sent a text message today saying my appointment was cancelled without my consent and my Internet is still not working. This has to be resolved within 3 days because I start school and will need the Internet. This is just unacceptable!!!
