Need to speak to a real person about getting a tech to come to my home

I cannot describe my xfinity problem with the assistant since it is fill in the bocks.  Is there a number to get service?  Thanks so much.

@XfinityAdrienne​   Hi, I have lots of pixelation in recordings on the dvr and there are some apps that will no longer open for .

Gotcha, thank you so much for sharing the DVR concerns with us @user_a8f20e! I know you mentioned using our Xfinity Assistant, did you also complete troubleshooting steps within the App regarding the DVR issue?
