If you prefer to speak on the phone, our customer service team can assist by calling 1-800-XFINITY (934-6489), or you can chat with customer service through the Xfinity app or website, and our team can assist here as well. I'd mention that we are limited in some aspects of billing, as we cannot process payments or view/change payment methods on this platform. As a reminder as well, you can view your previous 12 months of bill statements as PDF files from the Xfinity app/website as well if you need to review or compare month over month. If we can help here, what questions do you have with your billing? We may need to refer to sending a DM to view account specifics if needed.
