Need to speak to a live agent

I had some changes to my cable plan on December 11th and spoke to an agent.  However, I need to speak to a live agent again but can't get passed tha automated system on the phone.  I called 800-934-6489.  Is there another number I should try?  Please help.....thank you.

How do I reach a live agent who can help me with my issue over the computer. I've been calling Xfinity Comcast and no help has been received over the phone through agents.
