Need to speak to a live agent, please

I have been trying to get in contact with a live agent to explain what I need. It’s been over a week now and I have been unable to reach anyone to answer my question. Every time I call the telephone prompts are given, but they have nothing to do with my situation. Is there a number that I can call so I can speak to an actual person?

I have the box and the TV already but  that the cable is active in that room so I need a technician to come out to run the line into the bedroom
