Need to speak to a human being not a chat bot

I am more than angry and ready to cancel! I am a new customer, I have been having issues with connecting the gateway. I spoke with an actual human being via chat earlier today. Long story short, the agent escalated my issue to tech and was told that they could fix the issue remotely and I would hear from them within an hour, gave me a ticket number, but I never heard from them, I gave the agent my email address because he asked for it. No email, no acknowledgment. Nothing fixed. Now I can’t find the link to the live chat agent. Your phone line sucks, no help at all. Useless! I am ready to cancel because your customer service is a joke.

I still have AT&T and was going to cancel that for Xfinity, but even their customer service allows you to talk to a live agent with no hassle!

@XfinityGabby​ no that isn’t the issue! I already spoke with a human in live chat earlier, they opened a ticket to escalate my issue, they said they would fix it renotely remotely and would contact me by email, within an hour, but it’s been hours now and no email. They know my situation already, I don’t need trouble shooting, it is something they are going to fix according to the agent.
