NEED TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING ABOUT MY ACCOUNT PLEASE

Something happened here in Florida where there's a major outage and yet my neighbor who is 6 ft away from my door has Xfinity same as me and she has no problem. Everything's working. Everything's fine and I have nothing except a black modem. No lights working and I've tried everything, disconnecting reconnecting plugging in plugging out checking all the breakers. All the things you do where normally it would reboot it and get it back up but nothing's working, and I need to talk to a human being so I can decide if I'm going to just say all right enough with this and move to a different company, I would like to try to solve this problem but I need to talk to a human being please, would somebody help me??

gh1976 I'm sorry to hear that you are without service while the surrounding area seems to be online. Does the modem have any lights appearing when plugged in? it sounds like it may have been damaged and is not responding now, especially if neighbors have service again.
